The bathrooms were probably the best part of the room, except that we needed to get toilet paper, Kleenex and towels from the front desk. The carpet was threadbare and the beds were old and less than comfortable. When we tried to get a meal at the restaurant, the waitress was so rude that we left. If we ever end... More

Bed was comfortable, room was clean but cracks in ceiling, wall paper peeling...bathroom was clean with good shower..I think the up coming reno should make a big difference. Nothing stands out with this hotel, really is average at best. Have to agree with "Proudmanxman1970" dingy dark hallways. Everything looks dated an worn, I think its luck of the draw room... More

Filthy halls, rooms and terrible service. Halls were so dark I thought I would be mugged going to my room. Never again! More

Lobby and pool area are nice. I have stayed here several times over the years for work. When booking the room I asked for a suite because the standard rooms are well below average, compared to other hotels around the area. When entering the suite we noticed the rugs were very stained, but the beds were clean. In the living... More

I have stayed at this hotel twice now, for work. Usually I am at the Valhalla, which is a very nice place, but quite a bit more expensive. Anyway, having stayed at this hotel twice, I have come to realize that it depends on what part of the hotel they stick you in. It's like a giant maze, there is... More

We stayed at this hotel a few times in Dec. boy has it gone down hill. First time we stayed there, the bed wasn't even made properly. Mattress cover was too small for the bed therefore it had slipped down to the bottom of the mattress, phone didn't work, walls were PAPER thin....REALLY!!!!. The person that was in the room... More

First off, we took the shuttle from the airport to the hotel, the shuttle took over 40 minutes to arrive. The van was in horrible condition, the back bumper was almost falling off, the seats were torn and it had a horrible smell. We got to the hotel, the lobby looks nice, but the carpets were badly stained. As I... More

I stayed here for 2 nights and when I turned down my sheets my first night, there was hair and stains from the previous guest! I had a second bed in my room, which wasn't that bad, so opted to sleep on that (on top of the bed covers). I called the front desk and they asked if I wanted... More

This hotel may need a bit of a face lift however I continue to stay due to the staff. I have yet to have a bad service situation. The resturant has been very fast. I would suggest only that they extend their resturant hours later in the evenings. I will continue to use this clean friendly hotel. More
