As always the Days Inn passed with flying colors for customer service. Had two problems. Had a burn't bulb in washroom and the cable box shut off on its own. Both issues resolved within 5 minutes of placing the call to front desk. Pretty impressive!

nice stay- comfortable bed/clean facilities- enjoyable breakfast- nice pool area but did not use- hot tub under repair during this visit- friendly staff- would recommend this facility to others

Not fancy, but clean & well cared for. Good breakfast included. Reliable wireless Internet. Close to restaurants and financial heart of Thunder Bay. Loads of free parking right in front plus a Tim Horton's in the parking lot. I will stay here again.
