The hotel lobby was very nice, however the check in staff was rude. When we were checking in, the phone rang and during our whole check in process she was on the phone with someone else. Unfortunately the hotel overbooked our room so we were upgraded to a suite in the hotel. As it wasn't an apartment room, we had no fridge, but someone brought one up right away.
