I travel a lot for work and leisure and as a points member, typically stay at Best Westerns. This was by far and away one of the best I have stayed at. You can tell that they have just undergone a major renovation (as bragged about by the girl at the front desk). The place is great. Lobby looks like... More

This visit was not problem free, but overall it was an excellent stay and we would definitely return. The room has been updated and it was very spacious. The bed was SOOOO comfortable (we had a king). I wanted to take it home. Not sure if we had any neighbors, but if we did we never heard them. Check in... More

We spent 3 nights in Toronto and stayed at the Primrose Hotel. The location was perfect for us and we were able to walk to many places. The rooms were incredible. Very large and well designed with a really chic decor. Really liked the fact that the room has a foyer area where you can leave shoes and jackets etc... More

There are several good things about this hotel, and maybe I've just been too used to luxury I can't afford, but I doubt I'd stay here again. The room was a decent size, but the decor was a little dated, and the bathroom just average. The parking garage was tiny! It was a challenge to negotiate since both driving space... More

Excellent for budget travellers who must stay in the heart of downtown Toronto. The location is great; we could walk to most places. This hotel is aged, but you can tell they're making an effort to keep it looking presentable. For example, the lobby furniture was new. The room was more spacious than I expected, clean and fresh smelling. The... More

We booked three rooms for a group of us. We literally slept in the rooms and that was it. The room price was average for a downtown Toronto hotel room. Parking was $23 and I am glad I had the smaller truck because I don't think my big truck would have fit in the parking garage! The front desk staff... More

My son and I were extremely pleased with our recent stay at the Primrose Hotel. We came down for the Blue Jay game home opener and found the hotel online. The price was within our budget and we were given a room on the 20th floor which had 2 queen beds. Thought the room was lovely. The furniture was new... More

As a frequent traveler to Toronto, this is not my first time at this hotel, as I often stay here because their rates are very reasonable compared to the rest of the city. This was my first trip back since January and they have been doing lots of work. The rooms look incredible and there is a whole new room... More

My sister a friend and I booked a MONTH in advance to stay one night on the 10th as we had a concert. We got to the hotel and discovered we had to pay $23 in parking, which was not mentioned on their website when I booked. We were put on the 22ND floor, only to discover there was construction... Hello, and thank-you for the feedback. It's unfortunate we were unable to meet, and, more importantly exceed your product and service expectations. We do understand that your preference was for a room with two queen size beds. Unfortunately at time of arrival we were not able to meet your preference. We do apologize for this. Charges for parking are detailed... More

Visit to Toronto was fantastic. Came for the Jay’s home opener and chose the hotel because it was close to the Roger’s Centre as it was 2 blocks from the subway. The price was great and cheaper than most hotels. Rooms are amazing. Obviously new furniture in the room as there wasn’t a scratch on it and is very clean.... More

Hello and thank-you so much for the positive feedback! From your profile location, I'm thinking you were with the international group on the baseball tour. We all had a great time hosting your group and look forward to your return! Glad you enjoyed the home opener. It's looking like we're in for a great baseball season here in Toronto. Again,... More
