Nice hotel and clean rooms. Bed was comfortable but advertised as a king size bed when in reality it was a Queen size bed.Front desk advised us that it was a hotel sized King size bed. REALLY!!! Would not stay again, too many better options, and actual King size beds. More

We stayed at the HGI City Centre in April and couldn't have asked for a better experience. The room was clean, the staff was welcoming and friendly, and the cooked breakfast was the perfect way to start our days in Toronto. We've stayed here many times and always come back. The hotel is not far from the fantastic St. Lawrence... More

Thank you so much for taking the time to write on TripAdvisor regarding your recent stay with us. Your feedback is very valued to us and my Team and I were thrilled to see we ranked highly in your guest experience; most certainly your personal gesture towards the housepeer, who cleaned your room, was indeed, most appreciated. We look forward... More

The hotel: Not your average Hilton Garden Inn, this one has a fairly grand lobby. Elevators are easy to locate and there is plenty of lobby seating, should you need it. The rooms: My room was very large, on the top floor, overlooking the front of the building. Traffic noise was light. The windows are a bit small and the... More

This was our third trip to Toronto and I guess the third time was the charm because the two previous hotel were dogs. We booked this hotel with no prior experience with Hilton in Toronto but hoped for the best. I was very impressed with the cleanliness of the grounds and lobby. The room was clean and spacious with a... More

I usually stay at the Hilton Garden Inn Downtown but ended up at the City Centre property by mistake. Super annoyed that the Hilton system will not allow me to transfer from one property to the other. in any event, I stayed at the City Centre hotel for two nights during a business trip in March 2012. It was unremarkable.... More

Billed as a luxury stay by Living Social, the hotel was fine... but didn't meet expectations. Except for the front lobby (which is modern and bright), the decor was a bit tired. The sheets were not pressed and no robes or slippers are provided. Security was not effective in shutting down hall parties that went on until all hours of... More

this hotel is nice, but it's in a bit of a "seedy" area. I didn't like being accosted by 3 homeless drunks while trying to go into the front entrance, persistantly! There isn't anything right nearby like in the better tourity parts. More

I recently held a meeting at the Hilton Garden Inn Toronto / City Centre - I had not been to the property in years and was so impressed by the recent renovations - nicer than some of the 'luxury' properties in the city - but what really blew me away was the service. From start to finish the service was... More

We bought a Living Social coupon for Hilton Garden Inn - King Deluxe Room. It came with $20 of valet parking (they only have valet parking), full breakfast for two, and either late checkout or early check-in. The hotel is near Dundas Station. Cleanliness - was pretty good, although there was a ritz cracker on our floor. The bed was... More

Stayed here for a few nights for work. Close to Eaton Center - just a few blocks away. Lots of homeless/addict types around but never bothered by them. Right on a street car line. Lobby modern. Good breakfast. My room was large with a large bathroom that even had a big window - let in lots of natural light. Has... More
