I found out after checking in that the hotel is going to be turned into Condos. Such a shame as the hotel is great with the atmosphere and the staff. All staff were very friendly and helpful even though the hotel will be closed in 3 weeks. Meeting rooms were well appointed and the food very good. Such a shame... More

This hotel will become a condominium mid June. It's a shame. This is the second time we have stayed there. The location is very convenient - easy walk to Royal Ontario Museum and other attractions. The service is efficient. Very spacious room with lots of light, good work space, king bed, lcd tv and free wi fi that worked just... More

Thank you for helping us to share the word that we are indeed closing. June 14th is the last night a guest can stay at this hotel - the end of 45 years of continued operation. More

The customer service was humiliating. Checked in changed rooms 3 times (wanted a non smoking room and not the apartments) front desk insisted that they only had a room with 2 doubles, person walked in off the street and got a room with a king bed for $50 less that what we paid. We then got a room upcharge upon... More

Stayed here for two great days. All staff were friendly, rooms nice and great tvs. We got the room through Priceline for $75/night - a good deal. Hotel is closing down mid June I believe. More

I will start with the good things first, the front desk staff was super friendly and the rooms had large LCD TVs, which surprisingly is so rare in 3 star hotels in Canada. As a business traveler with modern devices, the key need is to have at least wireless Internet. Interestingly, there still exist hotels like Delta Chelsea which donor... More

I loved the hotel, i got a 40% discount with Hotels.com and it was fully worth the money spent. We flew out for a weekend break before i started work out in Toronto, and the hotel was perfect. We had the King Deluxe because i had noticed someone else had put their own pictures on one of the reviews i'd... More

What a beautiful hotel...my husband and I stayed on the sixth floor for the weekend. The decor is a little dated, but they've updated the linens, curtains, and TVs, and since they're closing in June, it really doesn't matter - and, I didn't care, because it all still looked very nice. Everything was spotless when we walked into the room,... More

Me and my friend booked a room for his 23rd birthday. We had guests over and had a very fun night. Too much fun maybe :P The birthday boy passed out from "too much partying" and so did few other guests. The rest were playing games in the living room and munching on food. Out of nowhere, the security or... More
