Perfect location smack dab in the dead center of downtown - all the attractions, restaurants, bars, and the lakefront are all 2-5 min away. Hotel has free "light" dinner aka heavy appetizers and free breakfast. Rooms are suites with kitchens - very big, new, and clean. Very polite staff. Reasonable prices too. All around perfect for business or leasure. Fine... More

The location is great, it's very close to the CN Tower and directly in the Entertainment District with lots of dining options. The breakfast bar was very nice with healthy options such as fresh fruit and multi-grain toast. It's a very busy hotel, so go to breakfast early. Every evening, the hotel is hosting a "happy hour" with different foods.... More

A very good hotel in a great location and at a reasonable price. We travelled there with kids aged between 8-15 and the hotel was perfect. Large rooms with full kitchennettes, nice breakfast, good service. We'll go there again next time we go to Toronto. More

This is a top notch hotel! The common areas are very well maintained and the rooms impeccably clean. My husband and I and 2 young girls were in a Studio Suite for 4 nights. While we might've preferred a one bedroom suite, the studio still had ample space even with the pull out couch open and we were not tripping... More

I traveled to TO for a race and birthday party as a solo traveler May 12/13. There isn't one negative thing to say. Room was great with full kitchen, breakfast buffet fantastic, free internet and business centre, and marvelous staff. I regret not getting her name but the female staff working at the evening on the 12th and morning on... More

We stayed here for three nights over the past weekend and once again we were thoroughly impressed with this hotel. Firstly the check in staff are brilliant - especially the lady that must do the late afternoon/ evening shifts. Like last time, she took the time to welcome us to the hotel even calling a local Chinese restaurant for us... More

Spent a week on business at this hotel and thoroughly enjoyed it! The rooms are new and spacious. The appliances are all up to date as well. I have nothing negative to write about the rooms. The location is fantastic right in the Entertainment district. All the bars/restaurants on King street are within walking distance. Now for the staff at... More

It's always so nice to have a kitchen when you're traveling. Not that I want to cook every day I'm on vacation, but especially when there are great farmers' markets in the town you're visiting or when you just get tired of scoping out restaurants for every single meal, it's nice to have a place to safely stash the tasty... My mother, sister, daughter and I stayed at this hotel to celebrate our mom's birthday. The location is excellent, 5 minute walk from Princess of Wales theatre (Warhorse was incredible), and the Rogers centre(saw Encarnacion hit a grand slam) and 15 minutes from the Eaton Centre. We pulled up to the front and the bellman/parking attendent had our bags etc.... More
