Booked two rooms for a girls' get together followed by a night out in the city. The Queen Studio with pull-out couch and One Bedroom suite with pull-out couch. Very friendly staff, very clean rooms and guest areas. Nice finishes throughout the room and guest areas. Decided on Residence Inn specifically for the "Fully Equipped Kitchen" pictured with an oven... More

What a great staff here. From recommending dinner locations etc, nothing was ever a problem and they were extremely attentive. $35.00 per day parking fee is a little excessive considering the parking fees surrounding the hotel. Location is excellent for walking just about anywhere. Rooms are wonderful and the small kitchens are there if needed. More

We spent the long weekend at the Residence Inn and have absolutely no complaints. We got a great deal from marriott.com and, unlike the experiences that others noted, it was honoured without any difficulty. Overall advantages of this hotel for families: big rooms, friendly staff, full kitchens, a (small) pool, great location, breakfast is included. This hotel isnt for you... More

This was a great place for our family to stay and visit the beautiful Toronto. We loved the central location and the building with its amenities. The staff were very helpful and polite. We were lucky enough to, as gold members, get an upgrade to a super spacious two bedroom suite which blew us away. So a bit of a... More

We had purchased an "escape package" which included room (extremely large king bed plus pull out, totally equipped kitchen, dining area and everything you needed to eat dinners in the room if needed) They even have a service where you list your grocery requests and they would be picked up and put everything away for you. Breakfast was included in... More

I stayed here in March with my husband and our 12-month old while I was attending a conference. Everyone at the hotel was super friendly. The room was spacious (king suite) and the kitchen was so useful to have - it is why we chose this hotel. Very clean room. Free printing in the business center! We had a view... More

All staff incredible! They couldn't do enough to ensure our satisfaction. Allowed early check in. Provided a light dinner buffet in the evening which would have ruined our dinner plans had we not shown restraint. The managers reception (in conjunction with the dinner buffet) was awesome providing a liqueur tasting with light snacks. Breakfast buffet the next morning was very... More

Stayed at this property for one night on March 22. I had purchased a deal from Living Social for a studio suite. When I got to the property to check in I was informed that we were upgraded and the desk clerk listed the value of the upgrade on the envelope that contained the room keys. She very specifically sated... More

We spent two nights in a 2-bedroom suite when we visited Toronto for a basketball game. The rooms were well-appointed, spacious, clean and had everything we needed to really relax and enjoy the room. Really loved being able to make popcorn in the microwave just like home! More

We booked this hotel because of the previous reviews on this site--and we were SO happy with the hotel. The hotel was great and so were all of the staff members. We left a tip for the housekeeper, and she left us a THANK-YOU NOTE! In all of my travels, that's a first. The complimentary breakfast was fabulous as was... More
