I stayed here one night on a business trip. I found location very convenient with several helpful little shops in the area. Rooms and bathroom are quite small but beds are comfortable. If you are not going to spend much time in the room this is a good choice. Great rate, nice staff and clean rooms. The carpets have been... More

If you are looking for an affordable, clean hotel room in the city of Toronto and aren't too picky about ammeneites or location, then the CBVI is a good option. The hotel is on the West end of the city near a mall and a couple major freeways. There's not really much you can walk to as far as restaurants... More

This property is tucked into a small quasi-residential area between the "East" and "West" malls on the east side of Toronto. It is a very good location to access the Toronto downtown via the Metro Kipling Station. The room we had (with a AAA discount) was quite reasonable - $100-150US less expensive than the downtown properties. The rooms aren't anything... More

My husband and I stayed here 3 nights in August and we were very pleased with the location, the price and our stay. The rooms are a decent size, clean, flat screen TV, microwave and fridge. No fancy soaps but who really needs them? There were on-the-wall shampoo and soap dispensers that worked just fine for us. Front desk and... More

I have stayed here 4 times for a total of 10 nights and still like this place when visiting Toronto. I take back my earlier comment about the rooms not being suitable for a large person. Only my first room's washroom was small, my other 3 rooms would have accommodated a large person. This place is the best price for... More

I came to Toronto for a wedding with a group of 20 family members. We were assured that all the rooms would be together, whereas some family members were in a different building all together. DO not be deceived by the pictures, they have since done renovations, and the business suites no longer look like the photos. When family members... More

If you are looking to be on the west side of Toronto close to major arteries and don't plan to spend a lot of time in your room, this is a new, clean, quiet, motel at the best rate you will probably find. Rooms are small, European in size, with tiny bathroom and shower only, but it had a desk... More

I was expecting a shabby run down place at that price. Was I pleasantly surprised! My room was very much like one you'd find in a new Holiday Inn etc. Extremely clean, nicely decorated, with flat screen TV, fridge, and microwave. The bathroom was modern with even a rain shower head. No shampoo, lotions etc. But how much do you... More

Stayed in building that is separated from the main building. Looks new or newer, all contemporary design. Flat screen TV, rain shower, granite countertop, espresso-colored furnishings. Really felt like a more upscale hotel. The rate on the sign visible from the highway was $5 lower, but once we saw the room we were happy to pay the extra. Fantastic value... More
