This B&B has 2 sides-one extremely good and one not so. The physical appearance outside is messy-lawn not cut, no signage which is important because it is situated in a residential neighborhood. We saw the address# but since we were on a street w/normal homes, we weren't sure.
The inside downstairs was messy-they could have (should have) had a garage...
