The hotel staff were all professional and friendly. You feel secure in the hotel as access to the elevators to the rooms in the evening is by showing two staff members your room access card/key. Had a wondeful time, we took an upgrade that they offered for a very reasonable price. This allowed us to have a room on the... More

It is clear they have put a lot of money into refurbishing the rooms, which had a nice, clean modern design. Unfortunately they did not replace the heating and cooling system, so the room had one of those old fashioned window boxes with settings like high cool, low cool, fan only, etc. It did a poor job of regulating the... I was pleased to read that you enjoyed our newly renovated guestrooms and I thank you for taking the time to post a review. I apologize for the inconveniences as a result of the AC unit and they will be replaced over the next two years. In the meantime, our Engineering associates perform regular preventative maintenance in each guestroom. For... More

I was here recently for a conference. It's a pretty great location, not far from the main shopping streets, great restaurants, some museums and close to Mount Royal park (designed by Frederick Law Olmstead, of NYC's Central Park fame--he created both). The hotel is a standard large hotel with all the amenities. Do wander around the streets between the hotel... More

Right in the heart of down town Montreal, you can't beat the location. A few blocks from old Montreal, great shopping and donning on st Catharines street. The bathrooms have been renovated, but still feels a bit dated. It's a large hotel so service is a bit slow and feels like the details to attention are a little off. But... More

I stayed for one weekend night on a superb rate. My room was small but well appointed and comfortable. The service was excellent. Room service and the rest of the hotel food and beverage was very expensive but there are lots of choices within a short walking distance. More

For our fifth anniversary, we booked a night at Le Centre Sheraton Montreal. We paid very little as we booked thru priceline. Nevertheless, we received first class service. We where assigned a room on the 31rst floor with a great view of the mountain. We took the acces to the 37th floor lounge. At 30$ a night for the room,... More

Stayed here the last weekend of April and was thoroughly impressed. We checked in Friday at rush hour and the check in lines were very long but we were in our room within 10 minutes. Coffee and tea are available in the rooms for no charge. Rooms were very clean and quiet. Best thing is the comfy beds and pillows.... More

Room: I am a Starwood Preferred Guest Gold member, so I had a slightly different experience than what a regular guest might experience. My room was supposed to be upgraded, but it seemed as normal as hotel rooms can be – although I was on a “special SPG floor”, which seemed to be the same as all other floors. I... More

We stayed at the Sheraton last week-end and it was great, the hotel is in a perfect location for all that Montreal has to offer. The rooms are good, lobby bar great for a drink before you hit the city. More
