This hotel is situated in the heart of Old Montreal with all the local attractions and great restaurants within walking distance. Our room was spotless and the bed very comfortable. The staff was extremely pleasant, making us feel "at home" and very knowledgeable...providing excellent recommendations. Would most definitely stay here again!

We booked our three night stay here through Snique Away. At first we were a little suspious because it was such a good deal. We were pleasantly surprised. What a fabulous welcome ! They upgraded us to an executive suite and it is amazing. The staff are friendly and most helpful. They are all bilingual and full of life. There... More

The hotel is in a great location behind the cathedral and the rooms are very nice. We had a two bedroom suite on the 6th floor which had a fireplace and large opening windows. The hotel is what you'd expect for the star rating and price. The concierge, Maxime, is a difference maker for them. His recommendations for food and... More

Front desk clerks very friendly. Clefs d'Or concierges a bit snooty - as expected. A bit disappointed in the Murphy bed, and too much down! Down mattress cover, down comforter - hot hot hot! And the a/c leaves something to be desired. And no gym! However, guests have free access to a local gym, you just need to get a... More

Well located in the Old Town Montreal, just off the river. Our superior suite room was very beautiful and very spacious. The bath had both a large tub and a walk in shower. The bedding and towels were wonderful. My only disappointment with our room was that our bed turned out to be a fold-up Murphy bed. It was plenty... More

I stayed here for an annual sales conference and was extremely impressed. The front office staff were very polite and friendly to me after traveling for 28 hours to get to Montreal. The room facilities were first class and very clean. Bedding was very comfortable. The only downside was the WiFi. Very slow. I would non hesitate to recommend this... More

Love this hotel and the location. Nice boutique and wonderful rooms and service. Wifi is ancient and crap. Cannot even do a youtube video. They need to upgrade their wifi. Other than that, highly recommend this hotel.

My family stayed at St Suplice during our last visit to Montreal. It was clean and well appointed. Its a boutique type hotel nice furniture and painting throughout. I learned it is 'condotel' where they offer rooms to purchase/lease concept similar to a time share. The room we stayed in was very comfortable. TV, microwave, small kitchenette. The bed was... More

Our late arrival was no problem for the staff and we had been given a beautiful room upgrade. The hotel was in a location easy to walk to many venues. Everyone was helpful with directions and translations. Even though it rained two of the five days, the experience was wonderful. Made a memorable first trip to Montreal. We would definitely... More
