There is absolutely no service to be found here. The first and last time you will be helped is when you check in. They give you extra pillow cases and what ever soap and shampoo you get is it. The staff at Casa are the best - genuinely kind and friendly. Daniel accommodated my request to come early on one of the busiest weekends in the year. The location can't be beat. The rooms are simple which I loved. I will always remember the experience! Thank you Fanny and Daniel!!
