Loved the service at the hotel. Had considered staying at the Westin, but glad we stepped up a bit for the W. Took a bit of time to check in, but otherwise no issues. There are 3 bixi bike rental spots right near the hotel, and they are a great way to check out the city.

Loved everything about it. Great place for young people who can afford the luxury. Lobby is loud on weekend nights with the club and lounge on-site, so not the right place if you're looking for a quiet stay. Everything about the room was fantastic! Would definitely stay here again.
