I really don't like to complain. But this place was remarkable. Firstly, no linen or towel service. If you want new sheets or towels, you have to take them to the front desk. I stayed in the hotel for couple of days in November and it was very disappointing, the rooms furniture was very very old and the amenities are in bad shape and the service was extremly bad and receptionist was rude.

The Hotel is good located in downtown. It has some good rates, quite clean. During the weekends it hosts a lot of kids that come in Montreal for fun. Not really suggested for family...
