Really noisy, but nothing we weren't expecting considering the location. All employees were amazing! The food: incredible. Overall, really nice hotel.

Realy enjoy the stay ,room are simple , but clean and the view is amazing ( ask for a view on Chateau Frontenac ), the service for room AND restaurant are excellent ! It woth it to take the deal that include the diner and the breakfast .

Great location, steps to historical sites, shops and restaurants. Friendly, helpful front desk. Stairs remind me of hotels in France. Wish this was a bed and breakfast as a morning meal would have been nice. Some noise from downstairs restaurant and door next to room for staff.
