Have been to this hotel for the fourth time for business trip. Very nice and comfortable hotel. Very closed to the bridge, great restaurant around the area, 10 minutes walk from shopping mall Laurier. Great spot for family. Has a great restaurant Ginger in the hotel. Rooms has been renovated. While the hotel has Victorian architecture, the rooms are decorated in a surprisingly beautiful art-deco style. And for the price, it's a perfect score.

Stayed at this hotel October 24 & 25, 2011. The staff as usual are excellent. The service in th restaurant was excellent also. Rooms are all renovated and hardwood floors. Very clean hotel and NO bedbugs.
