“Very average hotel”

The hotel smells old furniture and carpets, though they renovated the hotel, they obviously used very low quality materials and unprofessional contractors. Bathrooms are uncomfortably small. The pool aria is surrounded with plastic trees and grass. The rooms are ok, beds are comfortable. More

Oh dear... where to start? First impressions of this hotel were not favourable and sadly our stay confirmed this. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone. Seems that when you rent a room after Quebec 's Carnival it is possible that your room may be dirty... well this shouldn't be a trend. We stayed here a few nights in May, 2011. Its a bit of a drive from Quebec City, and there were few choices available for breakfast in the area; however, dinner choices were close and plentiful. Parking was easy and secure. The staff were indifferent, but we somewhat expected that. More

The kids really liked the pool area and the swinging double bed. The rooms were OK, but the air conditioner rattled a bit. It is close to a small shopping centre. However, it is a fair distance from Quebec City Centre. More
