we took a 3 day trip with Via Rail to Quebec City. We had booked another hotel that overbooked so they found us a room at the Hotel Royal William. What a treat that was. The room was great, Jacuzzi tub, housecoats for each of us, internet access and a complimentary breakfast in the morning.

We were not impressed with the exterior of this property and I said to myself that my wife and daughter would be disappointed. Boy was I wrong. Room was large, clean and excellent. The hotel retaurant was outstanding.Hotel staff was most gracious and accommodating especially the young man at the front desk. We would definitely stay there again.
