We stayed here over the Christmas period, we could not have been happier!! The staff were very friendly and helpful and spoke good english! the hotel is right in the middle of Old Town and a stones throw from the Chateau Frontenac. Great modern looking room, very clean and comfortable. I would recommend this hotel to anyone! More

Bad service, staff lacking initiative, staff smoking with doors open brings stench inside the conference room. Ordinary rooms. Luxury room is a joke, not worth it. Washroom faucet broken. Lacking toilet paper. Arriving for lunch, the tables were still messy from breakfast time. More

Stayed there in mid-May 2011 for 4 nights. Location is fabulous. Steps from The Chateau Frontenac, the Funicular, the Lower Town, and plenty of restaurants. Half a block from the Alley of Artists.
