This was our first visit to this part of Extremadura and we were impressed by the general area but especially by this hotel. It had a strange, almost austere feeling to it which seemed to exude the pride and confidence of old Spain; this was reinforced by immaculate standards of hospitality and service.
We had a suite with balcony together...
