We have previously visited the White Hart @ Ufford, and as this is from the same stable we went for my father in law's birthday for a special treat. Lovely surroundings and ambience. Had a meal with friends. I would describe it as a gastro pub. Great food, reasonable prices and good atmosphere. Friendly warm service. We didn't stay in the Inn but I understand rooms are very nice. Good steaks and fish.

Although the food was lovely, we felt extremely rushed throughout our three course meal. The orangery looked beautiful but unfortunately it was let down by the service. One waitress actually bought out our mains whilst we the waiter was clearing away our starters. Quite a disappointing visit!

Excellent old pub, very attentive and friendly staff. Good range of wines and beers. Food excellent. We have been here several times since moving into the area and have never been disappointed. We would certainly recommend this pub and will definitely be back soon.
