Friendly, welcoming and homely. Tea and home made cake on arrival. Cosy bedroom with excellent hospitality tray. Modern, tastefully furnished shower en-suite. Good breakfast, including eggs freshly laid that morning. Ideal rural setting, excellent local pubs for lunches and evening meals (short drive or long walk), 20 minute drive to Exeter.

Stayed for six nights with my wife and seven year old daughter. The room was very comfortable and well equipped, with ensuite bathroom. The breakfasts were superb, with a selection of cooked items. Jill and Steve made us very welcome and our daughter particularly enjoyed feeding the hens and collecting eggs in the morning.
