We have stayed in this Guest House for the first time while visiting relatives in Bromley, all I can say is WELL DONE Roy, you are the perfect host and the big hotels could learn a lot from you. The whole place was immaculate and the bedding had a smell just like your home washed laundry...perfect. The TV had hundreds... More

We stayed in the annexe, which is alongside the house and were very impressed. There was plenty of space, the shower was fantastic and the host, Roy, couldn't do enough to help. As an example, I mentioned in passing that I was on a gluten-free diet, and the next morning at breakfast there was gluten-free cereal waiting for me. All... More

We stayed in the annexe, which is extremely comfortable, clean and contemporary. Perfect for us and our daughter. Loved all the little extras. It is the first time anybody has left squash for our daughter in the room. The under floor heating was lovely, and the bathroom an excellent size. We were offered a good choice for breakfast and Roy... More

This B&B is not in the best part of Bromley, but makes up for it in everything else. Great welcome, spotless room. Huge bathroom with chair. Bed supremely comfortable, breakfast very good. TV medium size LCD on cable, so great picture and 100s of channels. Nothing was too much trouble for the host, Roy. More

Stayed here with my wife (we're middle-aged) for just one night, but would gladly have stayed longer. Because it was the off-season, we got lucky and owner Roy (what a charming chappie!) let us have the new "annexe". (It's usually only available for two or more nights.) It's a delightful, brand-new, addition adjoining the main house, with its own, huge,... More

My family stayed at Clay Farm guest house in october 2010 for a weekend night. The onwer, Roy, was great. He was extremely accomodating for my family. His rooms are clean with a view of the back garden and located in Bromley which was near to my house. I can't recommend Clay farm Guest House enough, great for a one... More

We stayed in the annexe which was just perfect in every way. It was slightly frosty outside on the first night we stayed, so the owner turned up the underfloor heating to keep the room cozy and warm. The owner was very friendly and went out of his way to ensure everything was ok. Breakfast was in main house -... More

Don't let the fact this B&B is located outside Central London put you off staying, this must have been one of the best B&B's we have ever stayed in! It takes about an hour from the door into Central London, but this is a small price to pay for an absolutely superb nights sleep. If you prefer the noise of... More

We stayed in the annexe at Clay Farm Guest House and were very happy - we had our own entrance, on-site parking and were super-pleased with the added bonus of no steps to climb with our suitcases! Roy was very helpful without being intrusive. Bromley was a nice, quiet location that offered easy access to the south of London. We... More

We needed a temporary place to stay on returning to the UK after living abroad. We chose Clay Farm Guest House because of its location (being convenient for London and Croydon) and because of good reviews on tripadvisor. Our room was very good - a recently converted annexe to the main house. It was spacious for the price and had... More
