I stayed for one night as attending a function locally. The B and B is above a cafe. Outside the place looks very uninviting and tatty and the cafe below was not open at 4pm when arrived. However after phoning ,the owner came to allow me to enter after 20 mins. The owner is very friendly and my opinion changed...

This B&B was refreshingly simply furnished in the family room (No 6). It had a double bed with a slightly hard matress and a smaller basic bed too. The bathroom was fine and the owner volunteered the information that this whole family room and bathroom is due to be refurbished with double or secondary glazing fitted to reduce road noise....

We stayed here for a Sunday night during the Olympics, but got a good room-rate. My son was moving to Uxbridge. Access to the M40 and M25 is only minutes away and there is access to Central London from West Drayton (rail) or Uxbridge (Underground) and the establishment is on a bus route. There is car parking outside.
