It was a little hard to find, just keep going through the village and you will see it on the right hand side. Jennie was a brilliant hostess even giving me a short cut to the area of Corby I needed through the country side which was well worth it. The welcome was friendly , the room great (loved the... More

A warm welcome, a room with extremely well thought out details and a thoroughly enjoyable stay. The owners, Jennie and Steve, are helpful, personable and attentive and provided us with the feeling of being looked after in a relaxed way. It was refreshing to have the extras in the bedrooms that you don't find in 4 and 5 star hotels.... More

Great little hotel in a beautiful location. I had a lovely welcome on arrival and was even asked if I wanted to see my room before I chose which one to have. Bed was lovely and comfy and the towels were super soft. Breakfast was delicious and reasonably priced unike some other larger hotel chains. I would have no hesitation... More

This is only our second stay in a Bed and Breakfast. We stayed for two nights. Our room (No 2) was spacious with nice furnishings and a bathroom with bath and shower over, fluffy bath sheets and good toiletries. The breakfasts were really great with a wide choice. Our hosts Jennie and Steve were very welcoming, helpful and friendly. The... More

I stayed at Spanhoe when I had a business meeting in Corby and I'm glad I did. The place is unique and different from 'run of the mill' hotels and the welcome was fantastic. I loved it so much my wife and I re-booked it for a weekend away together for which I have submitted another review. More

We stayed here for one night last weekend and I have to say I agree with all the other reviews it was great. So, I'll just make a few points...Jennie and Steve are lovely, very knowledgeable about the area and can't do enough for you to ensure your stay is comfortable and you have everything you need. You do however... More

Every year I look forward to go to the Rolls Royce and Bentley meeting. From the first year I stayed at Spanhoe Lodge that is run by the very friendley couple Jennie and Stevel . Since then I come back every year with lots of plesure. The rest and the peacefullness I receive from them is indescribable. If I had... More

Spanhoe Lodge is off the beaten track so a peaceful night’s sleep is ensured in beautiful open countryside. Its safe, spacious parking is ideal for veteran and vintage cars. We could not have been made more welcome by Jennie and Steve who were most anxious to make us comfortable in every way. Breakfast and our evening meals were superb. More

I must admit that I rarely send in feedback from any of my trips, but I feel compelled to add a rebuttal of the review from those folks from Stowe. Although my home is in Pennsylvania, since retirement I spend a great deal of my time traveling overseas. I have stayed at the Spanhoe Lodge on a number of occasions... More

We needed wheelchair accessible accommodation for a short break to attend a wedding. I researched thoroughly and on the bride's father's recommendation looked at Spanhoe Lodge. How fortunate was that! I don't know how the previous reviewer came to their findings; it is so way off. Steve and Jennie couldn't be more helpful and friendly and their staff we found... More
