Agree with everything that fliss2011 said. The staff here are a credit to the company, reception, bar, food, duty manager and chefs all worked together as a team to make our stay comfortable and enjoyable. Fillet steak was especially good, cooked to perfection.

Very clean, just what you expect from a Premier inn, The negatives which i have not found at any other Premier inn, were the normal size double bed, as usually king size, outdated old t.v and the reception entrance area being designed by an architect who was determined to make you search for an way in.

The hotel itself is clean with friendly staff as others have stated. There is an element of road noise, but less that you would get in a city centre hotel, and it does drop off outside of the rush hours. The Packet Steamer next door is another matter.
