Recently stayed at Rasa Seni Resort Hotel... and wish I had gone back to Banda Aceh for the weekend instead. Everything else was booked up, and I found out why. Besides being priced like a 4 or 5 star hotel, the room had not been clean. There was still feces floating in the toilet, ants crawling all over, dirty linen... More

Our Guest is King! We appologize for any inconvenience to our guest and remedy abuses if there is one reported to our staff or management. We also appreciate any justified critic’s and suggestions. The Rasa Seni Hotel Resort is a wonderful beach place to stay and kick back. The new, spacious bungalows have elegant furniture and interesting décor. They are absolutely clean and very comfortable. The meals, served in the pleasant restaurant, are delicious – a blend of Indonesian and Western cuisine. The owner personally makes sure that you fully enjoy your time... More
