We stayed for one night at the Briardale B&B on our way from the Great Ocean Road to Sydney. The home is delightful, full of antiques and old-world charm. Our room was very comfortable and overlooked the lovely gardens where we could see the wild parrots come and feed. Our hot-cooked breakfast was very good. Thanks for a wonderful stay.

The charm of this place is unbelievable it's a total gem hidden away in Albury. The breakfast is delicious and they had a French Press, for a Yank it was sooo much better then then NesCafe I was used to in Oz. We felt comfortable, rested and relaxed with in this period accommodation "the attention to detail was spot on". We stayed one night at Briardale on the way to Melbourne. It took a few minutes to locate but it really is a delightful place to stay and the children were enchanted by the house and gardens. Breakfast wasn't bad either! Highly recommended and I wish we had spent a few more days in the area.
