“Absolutely Fantastic”

Had an amazing nights stay here which was the perfect chance to relax after our wedding. Great views looking out over the horses and the hills. Can't recommend Helen and Willem enough and the food was beautiful.

The owners -Helen and Willem- of this lodge do themselves credit! We had an amazing time using the Ascot suite to first prepare for our wedding and then to come and relax afterwards! Very happy to have chosen the Bycroft Lodge for our first 2 nights on the Northern Island. A genuine warm welcome: Willem and Helen are great hosts! Interior: good eye for detail. We were going to a wedding in Papakura and decided on a weekend away. Beautiful room in a lovely location. Lovely couple who did ALL they could to ensure we had a great stay!!! So accommodating!! Had 2 wonderful night's sleep there and left so rested!!! Recommend!!!

Our last night in New Zealand we stayed at the Bycroft Lodge. We had a warm and lovely welcome, a wonderful night and a great cooked breakfast. The room was fully equipped, silent and offered a view in the green. Thank you Helen and Willem!

We just celebrated our 2nd wedding anniversary and we really enjoyed staying in Ascot Suite. The place is tidy and the spa pool is amazing with definitely a nice view. The hosts are really accommodating, and serves yummy breakfast.

“Lovely rural escape”

We came here for the last weekend of our honeymoon and stayed a night in the lovely Ascot suite at Bycroft Lodge. The lodge is well appointed and the grounds look out over lovely farm land (even horses and sheep), with hosts Helen and Willem making us feel very welcome.
