Very loud rooms. Executive room is a basic motel room with nicer furniture. Cheap microwave and fridge. Coffee maker in the bathroom. not nice. Save your money for a real hotel.

They seem to use Groupons and discounts to fill up their Unrentable and noisy rooms. Our room sounded like it had a helicopter was idling on the roof the whole time we were there. The hotel room was just OK, the noise from the security door banged all night long...people horking furrballs first think in the morning on their way out to get that first smoke of the day. I guess we are spoiled, we just expected more.

Excellent value for this well located hotel. Clean and comfy. Spent 7 notes in a standard room and had no complaints at all. Free wireless internet was such a bonus. Breakfast at Mix lounge was good. Last week due to a storm on Vancouver Island, ferries were cancelled so we decided to stay at Lonsdale Quay. What a fantastic suprise ! A vibrant 3 strorey market connected to the hotel, that was a version of Pike Place Market in Seattle !
