“To cancel, or not to cancel?”

Beware!!!! I booked this hotel through the website. Unfortunately i needed to cancel. When i called and spoke to David he sounded like i woke him from a nap. Even though my reservation was cancelled i was still charged for 1 night. I then spoke to Connie,the mgr., who barely speaks English, She found no fault with the hotel and... More
