The Walper is a great little hotel in downtown Kitchener in the heart of thw city. It has an older feel to it but well kept and clean. Room we had was spacious but near the patio in the third floor where you may get some second hand smoke if you like your window open. Overall delighted.

Found the hotel to be adequate but have to say brunch at their restaurant was unacceptable. After arrival (10:00 am) found their buffet was out of pancakes, eggs and other items.
