Our room was very clean, beds were comfortable. The four beds in the room was big enough to accomidate my family of six. Will definatley be back for another visit. We also ate breakfast at the Sarak restaurant which was very good and filling.

The staff are pleasant and helpful but the hotel is quite dirty. The towels have a ton of stains on them and I had to ask for new pillow cases because they were definitely not clean. The shower barely ran and we asked them to look at it but they either did not come look at it the next day... More

Stopped here on the way to Vancouver. Every hotel was sold out in Valemount except this one so reluctantly booked. Wasn't expecting much but it was worse. This motel sounded great in the BC approved accommodations guide, but we were very disappointed. The room we had was very old, outdated,furniture was ratty,bedding was old and wrinkled,linoleum was torn,plunger in sink did not work,hot water dripped constantly. This place is terrible! It is old. The rooms smell funny and do not appear to be clean. The tub was not clean! The sheets and mattress pads don't fit properly. The water temperature in the shower fluctuates all the time. The service in the restaurant was bad and the food made my wife sick.

Unsafe ground floor window that would not close - different room had a deadbolt that locked a teenager inside the room -third different room had bugs in it. Took half an hour to check in because they do not have a computer reservation system.
