We drove up to BC this past July to camp and we stayed at PV campground for 10 days. Once we got to Paradise Valley, we were beyond amazed! Prior to our adventure, we had received prompt responses to all email questions. We had concerns about the trains, specifically that they would cause anxiety for one of our dogs. Yes,... More

We rv camped at Paradise Valley Campground in Squamish, BC for 4 days over the Labor Day weekend (camping space 13). One of the best campgrounds we have visited. Nice drive just getting to the campground. Clean washrooms and showers. Roomy campsites and great little trails all around. We didn't use the fire ring but one was provided in our... More

We stayed here for 2 nights in August. When you drive in to the campground it is stunning. The bathrooms/showers near the front desk are beautiful and the showers we had were hot. $1 for a 5 min shower. Our campsite was average, our fire pit was about 6 feet away from our neighbors fire pit, which we wish we... More

What a great review - thank you! Apologies about the firewood. It is a saga that is coming to a close in 2013. We will be buying kiln dried pre-packaged firewood next year. It sounds as if you were in a campsite last enjoyed by two families in side by side sites. Quite often we’ll find the firerings moved to... More

The campgrounds were tiny and right on top of eachother. They advertise a 'quite' camping experience, yet our neighbors were watching a movie till 11 at night. There were no patrols of the grounds at that time. And in the morning, there was a child screaming his head off from 6 am till 11 am. I asked for a refund... More

We recently spent two nights at this campsite. We were very pleased to see that pretty much all of the campsites had plenty of privacy. I liked that it felt like we were camping in a forest and not in a "stall" The bathroom was beautiful, clean and well lit. Lots of rustic trails to follow and explore and Alice... More

We stayed here for the first time June 15-17 and had a great time. We stayed in one of the Tent camping sites and were surprised by how much privacy we had. There are some spots closer to the office that have less privacy but just ask when you reserve and they can probably help you. They have very good... More

Thank you so much for the great picture of your fish. Many campers ask about the fishing and whether or not they'll catch anything. This is proof they can! We really appreciate your review and look forward to seeing you again. In the meantime, have a great summer, even if it keeps raining. More

My family has stayed at this campground a few times, and each time has been consistently fabulous. The campground is well cared for and very clean. The name is aptly earned as the forest setting is nothing short of stunning. From the ice cream cones to the rock painting, biking, and walks through forest trails, this is one of our... More

This was our first stop on a 3 week RV camping holiday in British Columbia and Northern Washington. We booked it from the UK in order to ensure somewhere to stay on our first night. We were welcomed by the owners and had several friendly encounters with them during our stay. Our pitch was in a forest clearing and came... More

The campsite is nice but not nice enough to justify the conditions of staying there. Instaed of feeling relaxed and in tune with nature as the site promises, we felt as if we would be tippy toeing through our vacation in order not to break one of the many, many rules displayed throughout the site. We are a mature couple,... More

Stayed here in June 2011 and thoroughly enjoyed it. A well-laid out campsite with plenty of space at each pitch. Friendly owners managed to book me in for an extra night at a day's notice too, so overall an excellent experience.
