“Great Property But Poor Customer Service”

Had some problems booking the property with Bellstar. Had two random charges on my credit card and had to call Bellstar twice to get a refund. Wow! We went to Kicking Horse Mountain and discovered some of the best skiing in Canada. The snow quality and fresh powder is amazing. We had a 2 bedroom (Unit #49?) with a pullout couch and it was fully self contained with washer/dryer, heated floors in kitchen and bathroom were a pleasant surprise. I didn't realise I had to contact the hotel directly to obtain a door code after having booked through Expedia. But the staff dealt with my panic phone call well and after scanning in a signed rental agreement with credit card pre-auth details, they provided me with the door codes by email. That’s fantastic. Thank you for the in-depth review of your recent stay with us at the Aspens at Kicking Horse. These private, self-catered units are very popular not to mention having your own private hot tub.
