Constant mud on hallway floors from work crews, air freshener used on carpets in our room was toxic and when I asked staff to do something about it nothing was done to alleviate the problem

The Ramada Brooks is our choice of hotel every time we visit family there. They continue to make improvements to the rooms and breakfast at the hotel. The staff are friendly and helpful and the maintenance of the hotel is impressive.

I have stayed at this hotel for the last 4 years about 3 times per year and never had real problems. The kids love the waterslide and the pool.
