What I remember the most was the friendly greeting as I arrived. The rooms were quite nice and the bed was very comfortable. We were able to get a tour boat just down the street and were able to leave our car at the inn. Going back next summer.

Upon arrival we found a very dirty room, the windows look like if they weren't cleaned for decades with a lot of spiders to observe. The bathroom was very gross too, we were really disgusted. Friendly reception, clean, tidy and close to the waterfront. The roof of the main structure is in dire need of work, but the interior was well kept. We would gladly stay again at their normal pricing.
