My wife and I recently stayed at Quality Champlain Hotel Waterfront in Orillia and were very pleased by how polite and helpful the staff was. Rooms were very clean and comfortable. I would recommend this Hotel to anyone visiting Orillia as it is right in the heart of the downtown.
Last week we stayed in this hotel overnight and felt that we received good service (by Jasleen, thank you) and good, clean accommodations for the price paid. The continental breakfast was quite adequate, as well. The new management is working in the right direction!
