Stayed for two nights in the family suite. Spacious, clean and the service was good. Having to register at base camp at the actual zoo was a bit confusing, but easy to do once we realized base camp was not at the hotel :) suite has a VHS machine... Who has those kinds of tapes anymore? Otherwise perfect!
