+ secluded, quiet location + breakfast (exept dust) - not clean at all !!! - very old towels with a huge holes - terrible bed (my legs were higher then my head; uncomfortable; very old mattress, pillows...) - no privacy (you can hear everything and everything can hear you) - can't eat in the room (only in breakfast area)
