Room was quite nice with kitchenette near entry spacious bed/sitting/dining area and separate bathroom and toilet. Given proximity to main road was a little dubious about how quiet it would be but was very pleasantly surprised and had a great sleep. “Quiet motel near the centre of Takapuna”
