In a nice location for my work, I wouldn't suggest it to see Montreal: it is close as by car and by public transport, but beware of the commuting traffic. For the rest nice place, clean room lots of parking space, free wifi(not the fastest, but workin). Breakfast is on the essential side, free coffe anytime.

Older run down, all the rooms non smoking or not smell like cigarettes..the rooms are worn out the carpets stained, you view is either a toyota service department or the parking lot. Seems to be popular with kids hockey teams, which play road hockey in the hall, not worth the price.
