We had a room on the 3rd floor! it wasgreat, quiet, loved the duvet cover, comfy bed amd sitting area. The staff was so helpful as I realized I was actually at the wrong Ramada for a family wedding. They called the other hotel and helped me out.

Every single staff member I have come in contact with has been friendly and helpful. Here for a wedding and the place has been clean and well maintained. Only downside? Finding it with a GPS! The service at this hotel was outstanding! We reserved a block of rooms for a wedding in May, and the staff was great about holding the rooms but not requiring a credit card down for all of them. As our guests booked their own accommodations, they were able to select a room from the block and book it for themselves.... More

Overall we were satisfied with the hotel. Would we stay again, probably not with 4 people. Rooms seemed tight, felt like double beds which is not good at all. Towels were quite worn, I had one with a good hole in it, and others that were fraying. Continental breakfast was good, pool & hot tub plus fitness centre was good.... More
