I was really excited at the prospect of staying here because I had heard some great things about this chain of hotels in general, and upon first impressions it seems very impressive. My room was lovely, spacious and very clean. I stayed for 5 days and every day I returned to a refreshed room. The breakfasts in the morning were... More

Stayed here over the weekend with a group of ladies, check in was efficient, Lauren (?) was really friendly & chatted to us as we were checking in our group. Rooms were spacious & comfortable with large bathrooms- didnt experience much noise. We were on the 6th & 8th floor and did experience some wait for the lifts but took... More

This is an excellently located new hotel in Bristol. Not the cheapest, but nice clean rooms which are reasonably sized. Right in the heart of Bristol (which can mean it is noisy on Friday and Saturday nights), but one of the best hotels in Bristol. Issue is parking, as firstly the hotel can be hard to navigate to the first... More

Stayed here on business, rooms are very large, clean and modern decor. The hotel is situated in the middle of Bristol, great too visit the city! The lifts are an issue so we took the stairs, we were only on the third floor, it was a little noisy in the morning, dustmen were crashing and banging bright and early. We... More

I've only one argument with this place, we stayed in May 2012. It advertises as the 'tallest hotel in the UK' and so has very fine views. Everything is dandy. ... apart from the fact that their lifts are unreliable. Either one of their customer lifts was out of operation during our stay which meant that the whole hotel was... More

If there was any untruth in your comment I would have to laugh but you are correct. we are currently having a very frustrating time with our lifts, and cant appologise enough. I hope we have not put you off your next stay with us in Bristol. please contact me if i can be of any help in the future... More

This hotel was lovely - well worth the money. Lovely big room with super comfy beds and a great bathroom (I don't know why that's so important but it is!). Other friends had a very expensive suite which was lovely too - and they were treated extra nice - very personalised service - for their price (unsure how I feel... More

What a lovely hotel, calming with nooks and crannies to sit and relax. Excellent receptionists, one especially went out of her way to chat to my elderley mother for some time about the show we were seeing. Very comfortable rooms and excellent location for the Hippodrome which is right opposite. Airy dining room and everything you could want for breakfast.... More

Many reviewers have said this already but DO opt for a higher floor.I was allocated a room on the first at the front just above a busy bus stop with a lot of noise not only of frequent busses but also passers by. Good breakfast choice but rare are the places that serve a hot buffet breakfast that is really... More
