Well appointed hotel in a good location . We had a basic room, but although relatively small, it was very clean and comfortable. Breakfast was also good.
Two negatives:
No free wifi in the rooms. £2 per hour in the lobby is not business friendly ..

I booked well in advance of our stay so managed to get 2 nights for £154 for a superior room with a river view. The room was a good size and nice to have a separate bath and shower. The staff on the front desk were really helpful and we would definitely stay here again.

Pleasant hotel in a good location to explore Bristol, room spacious, but looking little tired around the edges and with a view over the bins in the service courtyard. Bathroom fittings showing their age but perfectly functionable. Breakfast was excellent, with a wide choice on offer on the buffet plus a cook to order service with a range of options....

Stayed overnight on Business here on 16/5. In all honesty I was very pleasantly surprised - usually stay in Hotel Du Vin or the Mercure Holland House; but thought i'd try this place for a change.
