My on line room booking aborted first time but succeeded the second time. I received no email confirmations so I emailed to check that the second reservation was successful and that I would only be charged once. I haven't heard back but the payment was taken twice. Have stayed at the Premier Inn Haymarket Bristol twice now when delivering and collecting our daughter from university and have been very impressed with the warmth of the welcome (lovely staff), the comfort of the rooms and the great value breakfast plus the convenience of the city centre location and the parking facility (parking in Bristol is a nightmare otherwise).... The price was good, considering the lateness of the booking. The staff were excellent. Recommended.

For me premier inns never fail,this one is nothing to look at from the outside,but the room we had was really comfortable and so quiet,the breakfast for £8.25 is fantastic,plentiful and really tasty,as for Bristol its self ,the waterfront is quite nice,Cabots circus is ok ,but apart from the Clifton area, most of it is an ugly mess.
