Spent one night here and it will definitely be the last. On entering the reception area, the smell hit us straight away, it was like a hospice. Fantastic hotel within easy reach of the city center. Have stayed for the past week and enjoyed the fact its not a clonedl chain hotel, but instead has character and history.There is a comfy bar, large evening meals and the breakfast is great. My room was massive, comfortable and cleaned very well daily. I shall be definitely be visiting again.

Stayed one night, 16/04/2012. Very pleasant staff, room a nice size. Tea Coffee making facility's. Iron,trouser press, ironing board, hair dryer,and TV, what more could you want.
