Despite a last minute decision to go to Bristol and arriving at nearly 10pm, the welcome was warm and helpful and the receptionist found a parking bay for us. The room was not large but warm and adequate. Best bit was comiong in after a late dinner and having drinks in front a real fire. Good breakfast.

My partner and I stayed there for a weekend, with our two dogs. We had a comfortable and peaceful stay. All the staff were friendly and helpful. The room was clean and well appointed. The breakfasts were certainly plentiful! All in all, a welcoming and pleasant place to stay.
