An ample car park with clear signage is always a good start. I was greeted by a very helpful and efficient member of staff who processed my check-in with the minimum of fuss; she also collected an iron and ironing board for me. The room was immaculately clean, of considerable size, and with a decent flatscreen TV. The airconditioning was... More

Stayed for one night & highly recommend this Premier Inn. Huge free car park, large rooms with free soap/shower gel. Hair dryer & the usual huge comfy bed that Premier Inn's are famous for. Breakfast was just over £8 per person & was buffet style with an amazing choice. They also serve dinner but we didn't eat there so cannot... More

Arrived at Premier Inn Bristol Cribbs again - for a short overnight stay.Arrived late, 9.30pm, met by friendly reception staff, very helpful. Sorted immediately with room key and booking for dinner. Room large, superb bed, so comfortable, slept so well! Bathroom fine, but you have to step into the bath to have a shower - not good if you have... More

We stayed here en route from Yorkshire to Cornwall in June. It's a large modern Premier Inn and the beds are huge!! Also, the room had air-con which was an added bonus. Plus triple glazing meant there was no noise from the nearby M5 motorway (which makes this hotel really convenient for the motorway!). It's just down the road from... More

Having stayed in a number of Premier Inns we know we can trust their high standards of service and accommodation, but even with that in mind this hotel came as a pleasant surprise. The automated check-in was fast and straightforward meaning little hanging around before getting to our room. The room itself was spacious and spotless - the main bed... More

We used this PI to break up a long journey on our way South. We booked well in advance and got a great deal. We travelled with our 2 and 4 year old daughters and the hotel was excellent value for a family stop over. The staff were very nice and happy to help with no effort. Breakfast was one... More

My wife and I stayed here for two nights during a visit to Bristol. This is a newer hotel with an airport style self check in system. Room was large, clean and comfortable. We ate at the restaurant one night and really enjoyed the chicken curry. Highly recomended. Only real problem was a lack of sufficient parking. We were OK... More

I stay in PI's regularly & I have to say that this one did not fall short! The automated check-in is great, my only observation would be that the support staff as are bit too helpful - a nice challenge to have!! Rooms were spotless & nicely presented. Could do with signage to the hotel as it took me ages... More

This was one of the larger Premier Inns we have stayed at and, true to form, we were not disappointed. It easy to find, just off the M5, and we guess is very popular with holidaymakers heading to and from the South West. We were booked in very quickly by welcoming staff and had a large, clean, recently refurbished room.... More
